Sounds like a (slight) mismatch between the ECU in the car and the one selected in ddt4all while "messing". You have been fortunate not to have bricked the entire lighting system. You could try rewriting the parameters with the proper ECU version selected, but personally I'd play dumb and let the dealer fix it

They might do it for free if you're lucky...
